Toll collection on Bengaluru-Mysore Expressway to start from tomorrow
The toll centers of the first phase of the Bangalore-Mysore Dashpath highway will be operational from Monday and the toll collection will begin from tomorrow itself.
Toll collection will be applicable from 8 am onwards. One-way traffic of cars/jeeps/vans Rs. 135/- for re-traffic on the same day Rs. 205/- for 50 one-way traffic in a month Monthly pass fee Rs. 4525/-, one way bus or truck Rs. 460/- for re-traffic on the same day Rs. 690/- for 50 one-way traffic in a month Monthly pass fee Rs. 15325/-, different rates have been fixed for light commercial vehicles, three axle commercial vehicles and heavy construction machinery, officials said.
A toll has been constructed near the village of Kanaminaki in the Bangalore city district, and those traveling from Bangalore to Mysore have to pay the toll here. Passengers traveling from Mysore side can come to Bangalore by paying the toll at the toll booth located near Seshagirihalli in Ramanagara taluk. These centers will have 11 gates each and will include various facilities including Fash tag.
In the announcement, the project director said that for any complaints in this regard, call 1033 and complain to the project director for enquiry.
